why do i feel so angry

i feel so angry at ann marie
idk if me and her are still together or what cuz i am so confused
i love her but at the same time i hate her
i am angry at her when she did nothing wrong
idk what else to do

Best thing to do is see a doctor if you're worried, however bipolar is a very complex thing which isn't actually just on and off rage. Nobody here can diagnose you, we're not doctors however bipolar is treatable, or whatever you may or may not be diagnosed with, it's hard to be angry it someone you love, but maybe its an underlying thing? Something else is bother you so you're taking it out on her accidentally?

Also try and ask yourself when you get angry at her for no reason. Why am I mad? It might remind you that you shouldn't be mad at all.
