I keep getting this error on my laptop:

So I clicked the link and it brought me here and made me download this:
http://i949.photobucket.com/albums/ad333/zeldas121212/WindowsError2.jpg
I downloaded it and ran the program ( Called "Legitcheck" ) and this came up:
http://i949.photobucket.com/albums/ad333/zeldas121212/Error3.jpg
http://i949.photobucket.com/albums/ad333/zeldas121212/Error4.jpg
So it's basically forcing me to buy Windows 7. I would buy it, but I don't have the money. I have no idea what to do. I bought my laptop 2 years ago from Best Buy and I've never gotten this error before.

I've had this happen to me once before, give it a few days then try again.
If it fails a second time after a few days, see if a system restore will fix it.

Do you think it's doing this because I've restored my laptop 4 times since I've bought it? This thing has so many problems. If I have to I'll restore it again, but It's a real pain lol.

Restore as in; just system restore?
Or like a factory reset restore?
System restore shouldn't have any effect on it. The factory reset may cause some flags to go up, seeing as every time you do a factory reset, it re-activates Windows online, with the same key, which may cause some suspision on Microsoft's end.
I'd still wait a few days before trying to run the valadation tool again. As the service does seem to drop out often.

A factory restore. And I'll wait a few days then run the validation again. If it still gives me the error I guess I'll just ignore it because I'm going to buy Windows 7 sooner or later.

Wait a few days, if its still giving you an error then call the number microsoft provides you. Explain the situation and they'll make sure it passes validation again :)

My dad had this happen to him once. I forgot how he solved it. I think he waited. I'll ask him later.
---EDIT---
ok, i asked him, and here's what you do:
1. try to input your product key in to wherever you enter that. expect an error.
2. if you run another os, try disabling that temporarily.
3. redownload the service pack.
now my dad runs opensuse alongside win7, so his problem was slightly different. but try it. maybe it'll work

Well. In the end I decided to torrent Windows 7. Downloading as we speak.

...But now you legitmately DO have a counterfet version of the program?

Yes, ShatteredWings is correct. I would not be using and running the torrent copy of Windows 7. modern technologies from Microsoft will eventually shut you down and legitimately so... actually I think Windows 7 actually shuts itself off after 30 days or if you use an invalid key. I would attempt to get the Vista ( for as clunky as it is) working, then buy Win 7 legitimately and install it. Here is the knowledge base article on your Vista system, please take a look and follow it.

sometimes this could just fake a way for hacker to place viruses on your system by making you think that they were legitimate windows errors so they get to download a windows program but really you are downloading the virus best thing to do is a full re-build which you will do when u install windows 7 but i don't recommend downloading illegally because hackers could use this again to their advantage to get you to download the virus

That happens when an update identifies that your using an unauthorized (pirate/illegal) key; so you can buy it, but you better buy a Windows 7 (vista really sucks); or as many are saying, download a torrent (of activation of windows vista, or the complete windows 7; but that's illegal)

Well, I have an Activation for Windows 7. My Windows Vista is legit. It came with my laptop when I first bought it.
EDIT: Just finished installed Windows 7 ULTIMATE. Oh god, this is awesome.

No it was new. And yes, this is still pirated, but I'm not getting the error. And if worse comes to worse I'll just buy a new laptop. I need a new one anyways.

Eventually Microsoft will find out, but it is cool. Whatever, good luck and I hope you like 7 (it is by far and away the best Windows that they put have out). I have had no issues with mine so far and it appears that Windows 8 will be even better.

dang, microsoft has good marketing...
instead of wasting your money on this "windows" stuff, join me and many others in an underground resistance to microsoft and proprietary software known as "Linux".
