Nothing really feels real any more. Yesterday I was walking down the middle of a street slowly and watching the houses, I'm not really sure how to explain it, but it's like they aren't really there. I eat anything and everything and it doesn't matter because it doesn't seem real.
I'm starting to get tempted to walk in front of a car, just to see if anything is real. I have no one to talk to except maybe one guy, but he's not my friend, just a hook up, so he won't care. I can't talk to my parents, I'm not comfortable with that. I'm so desperate to talk to someone though. It's been months.
It's like I'm a ghost or something.

Those kind of thoughts can be dangerous, especially if you're thinking of hurting yourself. If have any friends, talk to them. Talk to us. If you're feeling really desperate, tell your parents how you're feeling, and get some help, someone who's there to listen.

I feel like this a lot too, which is partly what got me self harming. If you feel like you might start doing that, I would tell someone. I'm around to talk if you ever need too, I know how confusing and scary it can be feeling like nothing is real or like you're not a part of if it is, like a ghost. Hang in there :)

Talk to us, we are all here to help. Your parents?

You need to tell someone about this, because its serious. You need to sit and talk to someone, be listened too.

it is important that you stay calm. everything is real, you are alive, and you will be okay one way or another. no matter what, no matter how unreal you feel, you are most definitely real and not a ghost. testing reality with pain or destructive behavior will not help you, and it will only lead to more serious problems. something that might help however, is giving yourself a small pinch every once in a while. if you can feel it, you're fine no matter what. don't take it any further than that.

this can be a sign of several different anxiety disorders, but i am not a health professional, and nor are most of the other people on here. looking at internet pages and forums will only get you so far, so you should probably talk to a parent, teacher, or school administrator you trust. you should talk to your GP or a health professional, and they will be able to recommend you to a therapist or psychiatrist who you will be able to talk to. while it may feel uncomfortable talking to your parents, it is probably the best thing to do. ask them to get you a psychiatrist or therapist appointment, and you'll be able to stop worrying.
good luck, feel free to pm me with questions ill try to get back to you
