speak to the guy first about it dont just ask him out because he might not also be gay and if you do that or try to kiss him it might freak him out

well think about a few things: How does he act around you?(like is he touchy feely or shy) Has he Flirted with you? Does he show any Signs of being gay?

You should make sure that he's gay first, men often subconsciously flirt because that's just who we are. It's called man-flit and it doesn't mean he's definitely into guys.

Test the waters, offer a few subtle hints and then strike.

Make sure he is gay, or bi. Don't just go and ask him out. He may be grossed out. Talk to him.

I would try to be friends with him first (and this make take a while), you wouldn't want to ruin the friendship. You need to figure out if he likes guys first before doing anything.
