Firstly, you can't let this bring you down. Everyone relapses and its all a part of recovery.

Secondly, yes, it has happened to me countless times. I was so bad that a one point I was cutting every day after school, and a considerable amount of cuts, just because I could. It could have had a great day, but I would still come home to self-harm. Stay strong and I'll be more than willing to help in any way I can if you want it. You'll beat this. :)

You didn't mess up and there is nothing wrong with you. So you slipped up, before that you'd gone 3 months you know now that you're capable of that, capable of 3 months and maybe more. You'll beat this.

And yeah I cut all the time with absolutely no other reason than I want too. Self harms an addiction and cutting without a reason just because you can is all part of that addiction. But you don't have to feel guilty you just have to try again, one day you'll make that last cut and never cut again, I know you will.

Don't feel guilty for slipping up, only feel guilty if you give up trying to stop, which you haven't.

Like everyone has said there is nothing wrong with you!
Everyone messes up from time to time and that's okay, it's all part of learning.
But the important thing is you don't give up, you have to carry on fighting this... However hard that may be. Don't feel guilty cause you did nothing wrong.

Keep your spirits up sweetie!!

We all mess up. It's perfectly ok. We only lose when we stop trying. Keep trying, you're better than this :)
