No it's not a bad thing, we are all different and at different stages of puberty, some people just have more testosterone in their bodies, therefore they make more precum and cum.

It doesn't really matter. Some people have brown hair some are blond. It's just who we are. I usually have some precum and believe me, it makes no difference. You don't even feel it come out. I guess some people actually produce enough to use as lube, but that's very rare. Believe me, if you're like me, you've got alot of other stuff to worry about. Forget about precum. Cheers:)

It's not bad! Some guys do and others don't. I make enough for lube, but I still add some anyways. Some people make tons probably because of testosterone like Adam said, or it might be that the people who do drink lots of water (for actual cum people say that they get more with more water they drink, so it might be the same).

Myself I do make a decent amount of it, and I can sometimes use it as a lube, but not always. Anyways it is different for everyone, and if you do not make it then that is fine, it really doesn't even make a difference to me at all.
