I'm almost 16 and my penis is 3 inches soft and 5 hard and about 5 girth. I have been the same size since 7th grade now I'm about to become a junior. It's worrying me because all my friends have big dicks and they aren't lying because I have seen them in the locker room. I a little chubby so I have a fat pad under my pubes which I shave for swim. ya im the same. although mt penis is 7" i chubby.. well fat so it looks small. besides what it looks like when its soft doesnt matter
