Trust me it's not something you should worry about till it happens. You cant help what happens in the economy. What you should focus on is living life how you like to. If you like art go draw paint anything even if you arnt good at it do it anyways. Cause it will take your mind off it. Dont listen to what people say. If you like music listen to some focus on the lyrics (or if instramental or dubstep or something) then just focus on the beats. Idk if your friends are talkin about what your worried about but if they arnt go hang out with them have a good time. BOWLING its a great way to get your mind off stuff cause most people go crazy if they bowl a strike when there in a group cause its a good time. Go ski'ing (if your by snow) even if you cant learn. Swimming anything that distracts you and you like to do. School clubs are also a great way to get your mind off it something that happens every week or even every day that you can look forward to. Maybe your religious join a youth group. I love going to my church and im not even religious really anymore cause i love the people there and its great to look forward to. The worst thing you can do is worry about whats happening that you cant control. Just get out and do fun stuff :P

I used to be just like this. I still am, actually. Sometimes I'd get these intense panic attacks. It's awful, I know. And I've never done anything about it, but I think if you speak to a doctor about it, they can help you find ways to cope with it. In the meantime, try music. It helps calm me a bit, sometimes. Good luck, hun.

stop going to the sites. even if youre bored and you just want to look around for something interesting, no matter what. those sites are just a bunch of people who like to scare eachother and they're usually posting conspiracies without any accurate information whatsoever. if you're interested in things like economy and global poilitics however, try to find more positive resources and educate yourself on the history rather than the future. its good to be knowledgeable, just not too knowledgeable to the point where it makes you nervous.
and don't worry about death, you have your whole life ahead of you. by the time your 80-90 years old you want to be satisfied with the way you lived your life and the things you did. people that old don't even panic about death and stuff because they know they lived life and its just their time.

I think things like worrying about the world is prevalent because it is something beyond your control. As human beings we love control and love to know that we can control our destiny. Sometimes things that are beyond your control (like Earthquakes) make you worrisome. But I think you should look at the things you can control in your life such as your family, friends, and your life. Maybe the economy is falling off a cliff, but at least you can ensure that you and your friends can enjoy your lives (something you can control atleast to an extent).
