well im gay and i go to a christian high school which means that being gay is really looked down upon and considered one of the biggest sins against god. but my problem is there are these 3 guys that are straight(1 of them is a little questionable tho but i doubt hes gay) that i have really really strong feelings for and it makes me soo sad that they will never feel the same about me. please if any of you have gone through this please help would be much appreciated

Not really much you can do except deal with it. You can't turn somebody gay. And you can't make somebody have feelings for you.

I'm sure there are other people, better people out there for you though. Just keep searching.

I have this problem also...except my school is fine so I could tell him.
My advice, though it may not be the best for you, is to just become friends with them. If you can't be with them like you want to be, at least you can be with them, right?

in relation to the christian part, if god created all beings in his image, and god creates us all, surely he must have made you gay?
God created thousands of species for a reason, difference.

what im trying to say is, dont let it get you down, if anything is special, god made you gay, that must have been for a reason x

Yes my friend, there is only one option here and that is to move on and try to forget about it. I know that is not what you want to hear but I'm afraid there is nothing else to say. I know how you feel as far as the straight crush goes, I've been there lol...And I also used to go to a christian private school who looked down on people like us and they, as you said, thought it to be one of the worst sins against God. I try to keep an open mind and realize that just like I have my beliefs and some of them I am sure are wrong, they have wrong beliefs as well. I mean honestly, if you were deep-rooted in a belief and someone came along and told you that you were wrond and this is how it is, I doubt you'd change johnny on the spot. I actually had this same problem. The thing is once you stop fantasizing about being with him then it becomes way easier to move on. i promise. i had a crush on this guy for about 9 months and then my therapist told me to stop fantasizing about being with him and i promise it worked in like a week or two. Just stop thinking about being with him and your life will get way better

Ahh the judgemental christians around that judge you for being gay and believe its a sin and don't realise they are sinning themselves for judging you. Would be a very interesting comment to make to them if you do come out.

And yes I'm christian but I'm am quite open to the fact people are gay or bi although I have no personal interest at all. As I see it you could actually be a christian and there is no problem with that. Something many people who say they are of a certain religion being christianity is the whole focus of God's forgivenness and the fact we all sin etc etc. Now that being said all sins are equal so them lieing is as bad as you killing a person etc. And in the end basically its just something between you and God and has nothing to do with them.

So you could be christian as well if thats what you wish although the people you know don't seem like very good examples and would've probably already turned you off.

Anyway hope I help in the religion side. Go ahead and ask me anymore questions but I have no time for any shit about religions etc. Its your opinion and my opinion and if its negative then don't say it.
