iPod touch screen smashed

Okay, so I have a iPod touch 4th generation.

Today, it fell on the floor and the corner of the screen smashed, and there's large cracks across the screen. It still works but I need to replace the screen. I know that the warranty doesn't cover this, so I was hoping I could find a way to replace the screen.

So does anyone know where to go to get the screen replaced?

Go to ebay. Type in ipod touch 4th gen screen and glass.
You'll have to replace it yourself or pay an expert to do it.

For the first few.
After doing 13 or so of them (My next door neighbors are idiots), I can fix them in my sleep. :P


@ The OP, is it /actually/ the screen that's cracked? Or is it just the digitizer (The ouside touch-glass).
Because, generally, only buying the digitizer is way cheaper than buying a new screen + digitizer.

It is the screen that's all smashed. I'm thinking I should take it to an apple store and see what they say.

id take it to the apple store and the warrenty should cover accidental damage?

The warranty doesn't cover it, it only covers hardware problems. I'm taking it to the apple store tomorrow, and I think I have to pay like £80 and they'll take mine and I'll get a new one, or something like that.
