It's pretty cool, but at the same time it looks really annoying. I'll stick with what I've got.

The PS3 is already doing the same thing with the Vita and even the PSP could stream certain PS3 games like Lair directly to it.

The one thing i'm worried about is that the controller doesn't look all that ergonomic, if you're going to be inevitably playing the likes of Assassin's Creed or Call of duty proper on this thing, I can't see this large controller being all that comfortable.

I can see alot of the features that are shown being similar to the Wii in the sense that they're novelty and that people will get bored with them. Don't get me wrong the system looks great. But, for example: does anyone even still play Wii Sports as a means of day to day entertainment?

On the issue of the controller, you can still use the old Wii controllers for certain games.

Yea, I seen that, but that wont be used for "hardcore" games, which was my issue.

Well on the Wii CoD players used the Wiimote and Nunchuck. I used to play the wii and it's pretty bearable. Theres hardcore xbox/PS3 players, then theres hardcore wii players.

I still cannot tell if I am playing an Iphone game on a big screen. Wii is severely outdated compared to every other console.

Still outdated by the time it gets released, by the looks on the trailer, NGP has better graphics, and im not being biased here :)

But, things could change. Remember the first few 360 games? Now look at Battlefield 3.

But, things could change. Remember the first few 360 games? Now look at Battlefield 3.

The Wii U, is more powerful than both Xbox 360 and the PS3, to say that its graphics are worse than the PSP Vita, is more than likely biased. The Wii U isn't scheduled for release until 2012, Microsoft and Sony will by that time still be at the drawing board, so it wont be outdated.

im not that interested in the controller (i hate that people think that the controller is the console) but the updated hardware will be great. I love playing cod on the wii (kinda) and if it could be upgraded or get a better fps on the wii it would be awesome.
