At what age does the penis stops growing/puberty ends?

Hard 7.5cm 3 inch

I hate it but I always got made fun of during showers in campus and I had seen some 14 ,15s bigger down thr. Thr was once this girl who I liked in my class invited me to her pool party and I was teased into stripping naked with another guy(younger then me by 2yrs) in truth and dare and the guy(white) was ard 5inch hard and I was ard 2.5inch at that time. I was really embarrassed.

May I know whats the average size flaccid and erect in the west.
(Im currently living/studying in a campus somewhr in Boston)

The average erect size is around 3.5-4 inches based on what Ive seen/heard back at my hometown(asia) is it true?

the average for a fully grown adult is about 5-6 inches hard and puberty usually lasts until around ur 21

Be happy that your penis is the size it is. I think it's a great size. Puberty can end anywhere in your late teens to your early 20's. So you might still have some time to grow. But be happy with your penis, it's fine the way it is.
