Personally I'm 15, and I do see outrageous claims online, and I've seen quite a few others my age none substantially bigger then me so who knows.

Obviously there's no way to prove or catch someone lying so kids are still going to make up bigger numbers in this thread too. Unfortunately there's too much importance put on penis size. For me, I know I'm a late developer and not proud my size it but I'm honest. I just turned 15 and I'm still a little under 5". I have so much else going for me that's alot more important than the size of my dick so I don't care.
