Girls, what kind of guys do you prefer?

Out of curiosity, I would just like to know what kind of guys most girls look for. I know everybody has different taste, but I just want to get a sense. Personality, style, looks, whatever.

For me, its about personality, someone who likes to talk. And someone i could trust.
Looks arent that important, if anything i wouldnt go for a guy who was really good looking because they are normally the players.
