So, recently in my life, I have had a few MAJOR negative impacts on my life. I don't want to discuss them here, but they have rendered me incapable to feel.

I cannot feel:

Happiness,
Sadness,
Joy,
Excitement,
Anger,
Love,
Hate,

Or any other emotion. I have been to the doctor, therapist, everything. Doesn't help. I literally have lost the ability to feel any emotion. I can still laugh, and get mad, but that feeling in your stomach, butterflies and such, all gone. I don't want anyone to feel bad for me, I am just laying this out so everyone knows.

Please note, this is NOT depression, I don't feel depressed, I feel fine, I just can't feel anything but fine.

Help? :\

Not feeling any emotions is called "lack of affect" or "blunting of affect" by the doctors. It can be caused by mental or physical disorders, a recent trauma, or just a down period in your life. I would recommend going to a therapist or doctor but I see you have already done that. What did your therapist told you?

I can still laugh...

What do you mean? Lost the ability to feel emotion?
You can still laugh? Laughing is the manifestation of one of the basic type of emotion- "happy". - EMOTION!

I can still get mad...
^
Anger is in the place of "Fear"(basic type of emotion). Do you have fear of something? Anything? Heights? Needles? Blood ? If you do have fear of something then you have an "emotion". You described getting mad/angry. So yeah, you get my point.

Lol, another thing- I'll make a list for you and I want you to tell me what emotions you actually feel. It's gonna be long but what the hell. Tick some if you got that certain type of emotion, lol.
BTW there are endless hues off of the main separation between pleasure and pain(emotions). Evolving to a high level of complexity by the interaction of a self that's reflective to its self. So yeah, what I am saying is that this is going to be really long.

Sorry if my post is no help to you, I don't know what to say but I wanted to point out my opinion of what you mentioned.

You can laugh = Happiness, Joy, Excitement
You can get mad = Sadness, Anger, Hate

So I think you can, you're just thinking way too hard about it for it to naturally happen. As for the "butterflies" feeling there's only two occurrences this happens to me. When I go on dates with new partners or I'm really nervous.
