If that was your question, I can say at the new year. When I was 12 it was 4.5. Then in 2006 (13) it was 5.5. Now it's 5.75 (still thirteen), but it took about 8 months to grow by that much.
That doesn't mean that it's close to the stop of growth it's just taking it's time.

when i was 11 it was 2.5 then all of a sudden it grew and more then doubled in size in under 2 years. now i'm over 6 at 13
