Well, if it hasn't been very long that you've been seeing him, it's probably still the initial "honeymoon phase," where the relationship is relatively new, but going well enough that you can't focus on anything but the other person. It should go away eventually.

I feel the same way when I'm off to see my girlfriend... you're just so happy to see them that you're stomach twists and ties itself in excitement/nervousness.

It's 100% normal! Just accept it and sooner or later it'll pass :)
