house sitting problem? ...

So next week i am house sitting with my boyfriend for two weeks while the owners are on holiday. first of all he knows that i self harm and has seen evidence of it on occasion.

Recently i have decided that i want to try and stop

the only problem is that as i am packing i am wondering whether to put my tin of blades, bandages and so on in.

i dont know whether i should go and say "right im going to try not to do it for the whole two weeks" and see what happens but then i dont want to be left there with nothing incase i need to. but then i dont want him to find them

im so confused with what i should do. any advice?

Well why dont you just tak a risk? Dont take them..
You have him to talk to if your in any trouble, or you feel the urge.
Plus its a lot easier when they arent there to tempt you.

I wouldn't take them if I were you. If he finds them he'll be mad and that won't be good for either of you. After all if worst comes to worse and you really do need it you can get other blades not that you should but you could.

You never know maybe you'll last two weeks, maybe it'll go really well. :)

The first time I went a decent amount of time without cutting was because I went away for a short time and delibratly didn't take my blades. It'd be a good idea not to take them, might show you that you don't really need them.

Take the chance. You'll be spending 2 weeks with your boyfriend, you won't need them :) He'll make sure you're happy. The two weeks might just show you that you don't really need to cut.
