Is anyone online right now? I'm awake and it's the muddle of the night and and I heard noises and now I'm on the verge of a flipping panic attack and I'm wondering how quietly I can hide under my bed, this has happened before and I went and hide in the garage all night but I was just hearing things so I don't want to over react . And I'm scared, but I've got an exam Tommorow so I don't want to be tired but cufjxyjfstuv idk what to do.. Anyone there who can help fast?

Right stay calm.. breathe. Remember that its exremely unlikely for anyone to be in your house. Try to sleep under your cover.. its slightly more conforting.. dont listen out for noises.. because that will make you paranoid. Its okay, just stay calm.

i know, im just the same.
Try not to stress yourself out over it, its okay. Just tell yourself no one is there and try to block out all noise with a pillow or something.<3

I hope you're feeling better now :) . I do the same thing, in fact just last night I was in basically he same situation. I agree with what Fran said, but also, does listening to music ever help you? Sometimes focusing on another sound makes the other ones less ominous

Try playing music not to loud, but just loud enough to get yourself to sleep.
