I'm going to Disney World with the school. We leave tomorrow. I was really trying not to cut, but I did. On Saturday. I don't know why I did it. Anyway, I have two new 2-3 inch cuts on my arm that are just starting to scab over. I tried using neosporin on them right after I got them to stop bleeding. I looked at them this morning and they only look a little better. I tested out some heavy duty concealer from Hard Candy and it didn't work very well. What are some different ways I can apply it? If I can't conceal them, what are some legit things I can tell people? I was thinking of saying I just cut my arm when I was cutting down a little tree beside my house. I've already used the kitten excuse too many times. I'm going to walmart today, so maybe I can find something there. Any advice? Thanks for your help :)

how far are they up your arms. im guessing bracelets or watches wont cover them. errrm on my wrist i just put some foundation on them but thats only if there over a couple of weeks old. also a lot of people go on about bio oil but again i think its too soon for that. the only thing is a long sleeved top and sweat it out or come up with a plausible excuse. i tend to find if its on your arms not many people ask and most are satisfied with the bull shit you feed them. just try not to wave your arms about or bring attention to them and you should be fine
good luck.

Thanks, I guess I'll just go with the tree thing. :)
Sorry, I forgot. the cuts are just 4 or 5 inches below my elbow pit.

Long sleeves is always your best bet, but as others have said bracelets may work. Once they've healed a little more concealer may work better.
If you have any pets you could say it was that? Or a wire fence or something. Is it only 2 and you have no scars?

Long sleeves or a light cardigan or something?
Also I have used the "I fell through a glass table.. Pretty lucky not to be more seriously injured don't you think?" a few times. It has worked well :)

My personal fave is "I got attacked by a porcupine/hedgehog/lizard/InsertObsurdAnimalHere". People just kinda go ":confused:wtf?" and move on with their day.
But as for hiding, I'd say w/the location a sweatband might be useful, though I don't know how long your arms are so relation to your elbow might be different on you than it is on me.
Makeup is a BADDD idea. It can cause infections, and as you've already learned it doesn't work too well on open cuts to begin with.
Good luck, and fuck have FUN on that trip.. serously
