Anyways, my question is regarding the control of erections, or functionality per say. Basically, when we first start making out and I slide my hand up her shirt, I'll get an erection. If we continue the same act for about ten mins, it will slowly start to go away. If we move onto something with a little more arousal, it will come back. It goes on and off like this almost constantly, depends if I'm bored with what I'm doing and how aroused I am.

Is this normal?

Also, some presiminal fluid has been leakin', how normal is this?

The fluid is very normal

and so are the erections. Enjoy them while you are young, you aren't going to be able to get them that easy forever. You can't really control them. What you like, you like.

If it does move to sex, just make sure you have it the safe way. With a condom.

yea its normal the reason u prolly get soft is because ur used to it and then when u move on to the next thing its like a fresh start lol
