I have no self confidence

I am 17 year and for soo long I have no self confidence from the time I was little and it bothers to be in touch with girls mostly and going out with friends and more of that stuf. I really want to get over it and develop confidence.
Can someone give advice or help how to restore confidence?

First of all, you should get rid of negative thoughts, they just get your self confidence lower.
Afterwards, you should define goals for yourself. I bet your lack of self confidence is related to girls since you're posting in R&D, so you should set small goals for yourself, like: "Today I'm going to smile to that girl." or even goals related to other stuff to boost your self confidence. But take baby steps to slowly restore it. I'm sure that if you complete those goals you'll feel better about yourself.
Also, confidence doesn't depend on you only, try to spend as much time as you can with positive people, that helps.

Just find the best things you like about yourself, and leave the bad things behind you. You can even try out different styles, anything you want that you like, just be yourself!

The sexiest thing a man can have is confidence. If you have that, you can get anything you want in life if you just try.

Truth is today in life the easiest way to become more self confident is swagg... Thats how it is at my school if your wear Hollister, Abercombie, or Ralph lauren with levis pants or camo cargoes with some Nikes, Jordans, or clarks your good youll have lots of self confidence because people will be more intrested in you
