ok, my parents are very conservative.
i dont really like any of my underwear, but i dont know how to approach them to ask if i can get new stuff.
i cant just go into a town (i live 30 mins away from a town), there are no buses and the nearest trains are 5 miles away.
any ideas on how to tackle this would be great.

As the others have said anyway, i'm sure they won't mind. Just next time you're with them buying underwear casually mention that you think you'd prefer a different type. It doesn't need to be a big thing.

Depends what you're looking to get. I mean, if you want a male g-string, panties or something leather, I could understand your concern. I mean, do you just want like, colourful boxerbriefs or something? Most mainstream menswear shops stock 'em; so no biggy.
