For the past few months, at random times I feel nauseus, and I start coughing. I feel like I'm going to throw up, but I never do. 30 seconds later, I'm back to normal. What's going on?

There are many different reason why one would feel this but first I have a few questions.
Is there anything that makes these feelings feel better or go away
Are you starting any new medications
Are you allergic to anything
Is there anything (medical wise) problems that you have
When this happens are you on your period
DO you have these feelings while you are in the process of standing up

Is there anything that makes these feelings feel better or go away: I usually just have to wait it out, but sometimes I cough for a few seconds, and I feel better.
Are you starting any new medications: No
Are you allergic to anything: No
Is there anything (medical wise) problems that you have: No
When this happens are you on your period: Sometimes, but sometimes it happens a week after.
DO you have these feelings while you are in the process of standing up: usually when im just sitting down.

Then I would suggest that you consult your physician or you just might have a stomach bug.

The only other thing that comes to mind is Ortho-static-hypotension.
Low blood pressure, or hypotension, occurs when blood pressure during and after each heartbeat is much lower than usual. This means the heart, brain, and other parts of the body do not get enough blood.

Hmmmm.... just to make sure it isn't the bug,I think i'm just going to see if it happens again. Thankyou for all of your help. I really appreciate it. :)

I have orthostatic hypotension. I've never felt sick because of it... Just dizzy. Orthostaic means while standing up. So it's like the head rush most people get but a lot worse. Although it can occur while i'm sitting down it's a different feeling. I don't feel sick just out of it and weird, and it last for much more than a few minutes and a cough would make it worse not better.
It definatly isn't orthostatic hypotension.
