I personally stay in shape in a few ways, they way I walk moves my stonach (my friends say I have more hip movements than a latin salsa dancer) and then I dance, radomly around the house while I do things, make sure you move your hips. I stay active all the time, running and swiming a mile or two a day during the summer while I am a councilor are camp (that is how I spend TAG- Time Alone with God.) Also eat healthy and if you need some infor about that I have a site that I can post, lemme know if you want or would like it and I would be happy to link it to where you need to go. Lemme know if you need anything.

Hello Brandin!
I know how you're feeling man, I was in the same boat you were two years ago but have since jumped out of that boat, swam to shore and, oh goodness, does it feel amazing!
Here, let me give you a quick little story:
Two years ago through, quite honestly, no divine revelation more than, "Hmm, guess I should lose weight" while eating popcorn and watching television, I decided to start a weight loss initiative. I had no goal, no knowledge of what to do, no family support (in terms of good advice, both parents are "large" and happy), and very little time and money to do it with.
But, over the first month I'd lost 30 pounds! And in 2 to 3 months more, I was soon 80 pounds lighter and started hearing the compliments rolling in, and I gatta' say, it felt pretty damn good .
Now, here's my tips for you that I've learned throughout my journey and wish I had thought of/discovered at the very begging:
- YOU HAVE TIME. Whether you realize it or not, you have time. It takes 30 minutes to get some good cardio in. You DON'T have to run but just go as hard as you can for as long as you can without hurting yourself (contact a physician to ensure you're healthy enough for exercise)
- Is that bite REALLY worth it? As the old saying goes, "A minute on the lips, a lifetime on the hips" I like to think of it this way, that single bite of muffin (my baked good of choice) is jam-packed with bad fats, sugar, and all that other stuff that's slowly killing you. If you're hungry, there's other options available!
- TREAT YOURSELF!, kind of A lap around the track for your regular workout does NOT constitute a treat, however, running your first 5k, dropping 15 pounds, working out REALLY hard and staying motivated for 2 weeks regardless of results does (although, if you're not experiencing results, contact a physician/gym teacher for advice) . A full, deep fried meal DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A TREAT! A single small ice cream cone does.
-Are you sweating? You should be. Unless it's pretty damn cold out, YOU SHOULD BE SWEATING! When I return from my early-morning summer runs, I'm drenched in sweat- seriously, it's disgusting! But think of that beautiful beach bod you'll get that people will then sweat over trying to impress you ;)
-Don't be intimidated, afraid, nervous, or shy. When I first tried losing weight, I was REALLY nervous- in fact, I only worked out on the track under the veil of night! But don't be like I was. Screw what other people think of you; you're taking the initiative to be happy and healthy. Remember, they'll be the ones nervous when all the ladies/gentleman run over to you, leaving them in the dust.
-THIS IS FOR YOU. This is for you. this is for you Can we say it together? THIS IS FOR YOU! Do not, under any circumstance, do this for someone else because it's not worth it. If you're not the one wanting to lose weight, why the hell do it? You're the most important person in your life. You're in charge of your body. If you're not happy it should be because of what YOU think, not others. Once again, screw everyone else, which brings me to the next point...
- If they didn't like you before, should YOU like them now? Prior to losing the weight, I walked into an Abercrombie and Fitch store (look at the website and you'll see why that's hilarious) and was indirectly attacked and maneuvered to get out of the story by the manager and employees. Seriously. But after losing the weight and popping in with some better clothes and a better figure, they OFFERED ME A JOB. Yup, idiots. So basically, my point is this: if people didn't like you BECAUSE you were fat, why should YOU like them when you're thin? If they're THAT shallow to dislike you because of your weight, that's pretty disgusting of them.
DO NOT EATS (with exceptions of course):
-ANY FRIED FOOD
-Non-diet soda
-candy
-full fat ice cream (5g or less per serving is fine in moderation)
-Pizza (fine in moderation... 1 slice to 1 and 1/2 slice servings!)
-regular chips (baked chips are a healthy alternative)
Any questions, feel free to message me or contact me on skype! I'll be happy to help you.
