I’ve been thinking about going vegetarian recently but it’s really difficult cause I love meat. I know I’d feel better health-wise though.

So what I’m thinking is to decrease my meat intake slowly and see how I feel, and when I get to no meat at all to just go with that as long as I feel comfortable. I’m not going to force myself to a diet that I don’t like.

But it’s something to try, at least.
