If you just started to cum, then yeah. It's because you've just started making sperm. The sperm is what makes it whit(ish) so as you get older, the more sperm you male the whiter it is. Usually it takes a couple months for it to get really white.

Cum usually is clearish and watery when you are younger. As you get older it will become white. No worries.

Let me start off by saying that you're perfectly healthy, however; this PROBABLY isn't cum, you're likely experiencing pre-cum (a collection of sperm in a clear substance that, after you can ejaculate, slowly releases as a natural lube during the masturbation process).

Although, some people do have clear cum. If you drink a lot of water and "squirt" your cum may be naturally clear. It happens to some people.
