Just try and forget about it. She is your Mother, she's saw it before, although it was smaller, but still. She is also a bit embarrassed too. Things like this will happen. Just be careful in the future, wear at least shorts to the bathroom, even if you KNOW your family is sleeping, anything could happen and they could wake up and this'll happen again. Sleeping naked it perfectly fine, but don't walk around the house naked if you don't want people to see your naked body.
