Hello All, Just out of the blue.
How many of you regularly check your testicles?
How often do you check them?
Do you do it yourself, or do you go to see your doctor?
Do you know if there is a history of testicular cancer in your family?
I usually try to check them once or twice a month, but I don't think thats enough. There is history in my family of testicular cancer, my Dad had it, and I believe its worth the pain to check them :)

No history of it in the family, and being only fifteen I don't check more than every three months :P

It doesn't run in my family, but other cancers do.
I do check, but not just for the point of checking (like I'd do it while masturbating, or in the shower while I'm cleaning)
I think this should be made more of an educational thing in schools, I assume that 98% of the boys in my year (and probably my school) don't understand the importance of checking for testicular problems, I would honestly put my self in the position to educate people about it.. But the boys wouldn't like me talking about balls now would they :D

I would agree with the above, many do not even pay attention in anatomy class(this is where I learned) because they are too turned off to the subject of anatomy and themselves or they only want to learn about the vagina because they think they will learn secrets to make her go Oooo.

We don't even have anatomy class, our PD/H/PE classes are more based on drugs (since that's a bigger problem in my area)
Like even if they done a two day seminar on boys sexual health and stuff, it would make a difference

No history of testicular cancer in my family, though there was a case of prostate. I check my testicles every year, though.

I try to check every couple months, I haven't been told how to, so I check for anything abnormal and hope for the best :P

What should I be looking for on my testicles? You don't have to answer if that breaks a rule

I try to remember to check myself every week. I don't know my family history but my uncle said it's important to check. I check for lumps or any unusual pain or soft spots or anything that just doesn't seem normal.

the reason I have just started to check my testicles is because my friend at school said he was getting pains in his testicles and he went to the doctors and now he has been sent to hospital.

There is a history of cancer in my family, not specifically testicular but I have lost 3 or 4 people indirectly because of cancer. So I do try to check as often as possibly and it usually ends up being once a week when I remember.
