Today I noticed that my cousin has armpit hair and I don't but I have way more pubic hair and a huge dick and balls and his is smaller and has less pubes. Who do u think is farther into puberty

You are ahead of him in some places while he's ahead of you in other places. It's difficult to tell for sure because you have to factor a lot of things in but from what you said you probably are ahead of him.
