Haircut Advice. (Anyone)

So lately I have stuck with my original short hair cut but I'm thinking its time for something new or just keep the original style. I usually just go get a haircut but this time I want to go in with a style already selected. Below is a posted picture, take a look and tell me what you think I should do. I'm stuck and not sure what I should get.

Picture was taken two weeks ago, hair is a bit longer.

Hopefully the stylist can properly do it. New haircuts scare me the first day. I thought the short style I had was fine but idk, I need to start looking stylish haha
