Lately, I have been having issues with my PC crashing. I will be minding my own business, and my pc will freeze, and my screen will either go black, blue, orange or green. So I have to hold the power button to restart it.

Can anyone shead some light on whats going wrong?

Run a virus scan

Delete some junk from computer

Leave some space between the fall and the fans of the machine

Save your system by taking it 3 days earlier, or the time you want

Last but not least: Don't watch porn

could be caused by various things could be ur running to many things at once for the computer to handle, it could be the graphics cant handle the grapics your wishing to display, but you could start by giving ur computer a good clear out of all the junk you dont need this would help improve performance and help take the stain of the CPU

Runs a virus scan when I turn the pc on of a morning

I store most of my junk on externals

I have it on a cooling pad

Ill try that

And lastly I gave up that filthy habit along time ago.

Can you go to Event Viewer?

Open your start menu, type event viewer and hit enter.

Then click on Windows Logs -> System Logs

Sort to errors and tell us what the most recent "Critical" errors are.

Also since you said it's a laptop I'd suggest opening up the bottom and using some canned air to clean the fans. Sometimes they get clogged.

Good lord you have waaaaay more errors than I would feel comfortable with.
The 'disk' error has me perticularly concerned.

When it freezes, and the screen goes to a solid color, how long do you wait before you manually power the PC off? Because Windows /should/ automatically detect an error with the graphics and restart the graphics driver to fix the issue. But if you're not giving it a chance to do so, an event in the event view won't be logged.

Your anti-virus not updating it's definitions is quite a severe issue.
Like, put that on the top of your 'things to fix' list. :P

Also, since you left it for a half hour, and it didn't fix itself, see if you can update your video card drivers (By going to NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel's website (Depending on which video card you have), and following the instructions from there).

I agree, especially if your screen turns, orange or yellow and blue although that would seem more of a heat issue. Have you tried hitting the vents with some compressed air to see how much dust comes out? and as far as that disk error goes do you hear any loud ticking or grinding right before it freezes up?

No, it just freezes, sometimes it takes a second for me to realise

I would hit the vents with some compressed air if you haven't already just to make sure its not over heating
