Are natural STDs possible?

I'm a little worried that I might have an STD. There are white bumps all over the shaft of my penis and it seems to itch quite a lot. I'm 14 and a virgin and I was wondering if STDs occur in nature. I mean, how did STDs start? It had to start with some people being born with it, right?

They could little 'passage ways' to lead hair through. If you don't have hair on your shaft, then maybe you will. If it looks abnormal I suggest you see a doctor.

I wouldnt worry about having aids, If you mom had aids you'd know it by now. shed prolly be dead if she did. the little white bumps are prolly what you call sebacious glands or whatever i'm not sure if thats how u spell it. its ur peen making to much oil. but they shouldn't itch. if your sure its itchy from the spots then you should prolly see your doctor. it might have been transference from a cold sore (herpes)maybe? and those you just need some pills. in any case just go see your doctor, you dont want a itchy peen.

Always consult you physician but what you're describing to me sounds like an inflammed hair follicle. As for the STD's they had to be born with them at some point but other than that they are called sexually transmitted for a reason. No, you parents have to have the HIV factor, that's all they would need. The HIV fa tor is what turns into AIDs.

Hey yeaah. are they like pimples / goose bumps they're called ebaceous glands and are hair follicles on the scrotum and lower penile shaft. They are normal and harmless. You'll most likely see hair growing from them (if not now, then soon!). And yes, hair can grow on the shaft of the penis, though most often just near the base.

Other than being born with HIV/AIDS, you honestly don't have a chance to catch "natural STDs"
