OK this is weird for me but i walk upstairs and i heard my parents having relations so i'm freaked out what can i do to get this out of my mind.

Try to distract your mind from it by doing things you enjoy doing.
Else put on some music you like to prevent from 'hearing' anything more.

On the other side, atleast these are many signs they still have a tight bond.
Many parents get divorced these days, so atleast be grateful they still love eachother a lot.:)

Try to look at it that way a bit, although I understand you find this 'thought' disgusting or so.
