Ok, I'm 14, will turn 15 in a few months, and my penis has been the same size since I was 12, if I'm remembering correctly. A short 4 1/2 inches long, and barely 1/2 inch in gurth. I remember late last year a friend and I mutual masturabted, and his was about the same size as mine, and he's a bit older than me, like, a few months.

Now, I masturbate alot. Every night after I take a shower to be exact, and sometimes more than once a day. I've been doing this since 2005. Not every day since 2005, but pretty darn close. Your dick starts to grow in stage 3 and will end in stage 5 of puberty.. Stage 3 is when you have pubic hair.. Bigger balls and your voice may be starting to crack.

I forgot to add, I have facial hair. I have a thin 'stache, thick sideburns, and I recently begun to shave under my chin. I also have pubic hair, and there's a pretty good amount of it, too. It's not growing down my thighs or anything like that though. I have very little armpit hair.

This is the reason I'm scared, because I have all this hair, and my penis isn't growing.

Really sorry but that made me laugh lol. There is no such thing as a disease from wanking, nothing to worry about. To be honest, that size just seems perfectly normal, you just need to remember that some people are bigger than other people, just don't worry about it.
