Unless you've explicitly and with full understanding and knowledge given them full right of claim (ownership) of your images, then no.

As far as I know, flickr does not ask to take ownership of your images at any point. You still 'own' them.

i know by Australian copy write law anything that you produce is automatically deemed your copy write and therefore no site could take that away from you. so I doubt picnik could take away your ownership.
