I have this teacher he's like 50 years old. A lot of girls say he's really creepy and makes thhem feel uncomfortable. This is the same case with me. At lunch, he stands by the cafeteria door staring at me. I don't know if it's a problem, but I hate the class because I feel like he's stalking me. Even this one time I walked in the room and he was singing thi ssong he wrote about me. What should I do ?

If he wrote a song about you, something's clearly wrong. Tell someone.

I don't know who to tell. I mean what if they think it's not a problem ? My mom said there was nothing wrong with my teaCHer writing a song about me.
I'm also very shy and I don't understand why he's following me. I think he's crazy, but I guess whoever hired him doesn't. There was this time that I was sitting at my desk and he was standing on my desk starign at me...

I think you should talk to some of those girls who find him creepy too and your friends to get a good amount of people so you can do something about it, like talking to the principal or something.
Also, what was the content of that song? Was it sexual or something? Because if it was then you should talk to your mother again and explain the content so she can understand why you're that uncomfortable. Oh, and also tell her he's always staring at you and other girls your age. That's gotta count for something...

Tell your head teacher. We had a substitute that frequently came to my school around year eight and nine. The creepiest guy I've ever seen. I heard about him staring down girls' shirts and didn't think much of it until one day, I was the first to class, and he stared at me until class started. :/
Anyway. Someone ended up telling the head teacher, and he was removed from the substitute list. You should probably do the same. You shouldn't let him go unreported. It's creepy and unnecessary.

He is my real teacher , not a substitute . I thunk he is bizarre . I will talk to my counselor about this , and hopefully it'll be resolved . Does anyone have any thoughts on why he does this ?

Alright. I think you should tell your counselor.
Why?
Here's a little story.
We got a new vice principal when I was in ninth grade. Everyone thought he was really creepy. We all avoided him like the plague. He'd ask male students if they needed rides home etc,.
No one told anyone about this teacher, earlier this year he was arrested.
Apparently for the past few years he's been sexually abusing a student. In his car they also found a pistol and cocaine..... So yes, if you have a bad feeling, tell someone.

There's no difference whether he's a substitute or not, it's still controlled by the head teacher.
There are just creeps out there. That's how the world is. As Rob said, you definitely should tell someone in case that ever happens. Because if it goes unreported, he can do some serious damage by the time someone else stands up and says something. He might just be a creep and not act on anything, but I wouldn't take the chance. Even just this is enough to warrant at the least investigation.

I don't know why my mom doesn't have a problem with him, but I do. I mean, I don't want him to get fired, but I think he has isuses and I don't really like when he's in the room. When I tell my counselor, they're not going to fire him right ? Then my mom would blame me !

I would tell the principal. teachers are suppose to follow rules, this creeper sounds like he's not following them. fact is hes making you uncomfortable, and thats never a good thing. if the principle doesnt do anything then bring it up to the school board. let the principle know your going to, he'll prolly take you more seriously

You wont lose anything by talking to someone about it, right?
Though you could go together with the other girls that's uncomfortable around him, that may be easier. (:
Well, good luck or something? xD

No, they will not fire him. He will most likely get a verbal or written reprimand.
In my school complaints can be submitted anonymously with a written form. See if there is anything in your school like that.

Are you sure the song was definately written about you?
If you think there is a problem talk to either your councillor or a teacher you trust. You might not be the only one with concerns

We had a gym teacher like that in middle school, made the girls do stuff...weird strechs. I just did push ups and stuff (not in gym just used the stuff there) and he was weird/creepy.
