Flacid size? I'm not sure, it might be about 4 - 5".
-Foreskin covers penis? Yes, but there is no major overhang.

Erected? About 7"
-How much is covered/opened? I can move it freely but it'll retract by itself, making the glans visible.

Foreskin: I can move it but it retracts slowly

It hangs about a inch but when erect it format have much of any for skin hanging
