i have done it a couple times with a empty tampon tube but make sure to lube cause it kindda hurts but after you first get it in it feels great

Use a pen or I find that the stacks of blank CDs you buy with the stick in the middle work great, there strong so it wont break off and it has a flat base so you can put it right in,
