In response to your question, to me this does sound a bit un-normal, but nothing medical is ever normally 'normal'. It wouldn't be something which I would tell you to rush to the doctors about, but it wouldn't do any harm to go and see your doctor about it, there may be something wrong with the little tubes which carry your sperm and semen to your penis. The reason your balls hurt is probably literally because you have so much cum in them lol. But I'm not an expert so go and see your doc.

i have had that before, i didn't wank for ages and ages and my balls did start to hurt quite alot; like an ache? Anyway so when i had time alone i just wanked and it was fine after that.
