Hmm. Should I trust him?

Ok...so there's this guy who's 15 (I think) and he's my mom's friend's son and well...my friend too. Well, he's noticed that I've been upset lately and he's starting to realize that I have a low self-esteem and stuff. Well, he's been trying to figure out what's wrong with me (why I'm upset) and I want to tell him that I cut myself again but I'm not sure...(he doesn't know I do that). Should I tell him? and don't say like... 'do you trust him enough to tell him?' because I have no clue if I do or not. This is pretty much a sink or swim. Either he'll tell or he won't and he said that it'd stay between us..but idk.

I'd get to know him a little bit better, but don't tell him when he's least expecting it.
Well he obviously cares about you, and you'll only have him once.
It's great to have someone who cares for you, but it's harder when they don't know it all. It's a great opportunity, and i'd go for it :).
But whatever you do, make sure you're 100% positive with it! :).

I know you didn't want this.. but it's the only thing that makes sense really. Just work out if you trust him enough to tell him that you cut yourself; if you don't then put it off for a while until you get to know him better and trust him more. Eventually you'll probably feel comfortable enough to tell him.
