One of the biggest thing to worry about unprotected oral sex is contracting HPV (Human papilloma virus). Both guys and girls can get it and it's one of those diseases that could be symptomless. There are other diseases (VD, Chlamydia, Herpes, etc) that are also equally or more dangerous, especially if someone has multiple partners. Bottom line: be careful out there, and "wear a raincoat".
