School Colors: Blue and Gold. We got away from true gold for a while, and a lot of our uniforms ended up with Vegas Gold on them, but we're getting back into true gold slowly. The blue varies from place to place, still. Some is royal, and others are navy. It just depends on what part of the school you look at.

Mascot: The Burgher. Yes. We are the "Burgers" Yes, we do get made fun of. Other schools make banners that say "We like our Burgers smoked and well done" and stuff like that. No, we don't really know what a Burgher is. It seems to be some form of a lumberjack. Funny story, though. The mascot that we have painted on a wall...looks exactly like one of the teachers at my school. :P It was modeled after him, obviously.

About our mascot: In the 1920s, the town near us had the same nickname as my school. Only one school could officially be the "Warriors" so we had a football game to decide the winner of the name. My school lost, and we had to change our mascot. We're on the list of "Unusual and Distinct High School Mascots" actually, haah.
