its totally normal, some peoples point up, some straight out, and som down. its just different for each person, kind of like length or width

Yep, but I think the angle can change - i know when I was like 10 it stood up flat against my belly but now (13) it sticks up more of an angle, not flat on my stomach

there is nothing wrong with that! I wouldn't say it's normal really because everyones comes in different shapes and sizes but it is definitely not abnormal. The only time it should alarm you is if its causing you problems like pain etc.
