i was grounded the past two weekends, ended up fallin asleep in the afternoon, then i stayed up too late. Tired all day monday at school, come home, fall asleep, and then i'm up too late. it's past midnight and now for second night in a row, i'm up way too late and worse i'm not tired.

btw, i don't wanna take a nap after school, but in english we have reading to do everyday and i fall asleep cuz it's a bad book

try forcing yourself into a new sleep pattern. drink lots of coffee or whatever during the time you'd rather be awake.
