Worst Binge?

What has your worst binge been -- when you just sit and eat so much you know you shouldn't?

I'm probably not that good at gauging a big binge. But I don't know. I've had some pretty bad ones. Well, bad to me. I've never paid attention to which were worse. I might go with the one time I actually purged, but I don't remember how much I ate or if it was really a binge, or just a bad reaction to eating properly again. I think I'm "binging" more than I used to, now that I've gotten myself used to having food in my system and enjoying it more often than not. But I'm down five pounds, so all that might not even be binging according to the conventional definition...

I probably have had alot of bad binges and they are some of the most painful memories for me as i felt like i just couldnt stop eating and then the whole thing of purging afterwoods. i dont think i can pick a specific "binge" though.:)

hm worst binge was like: a dozen crackers with cheese, a roast dinner with gravy, pickled onion crisps, chocolate bar...

I'd been fasting for two days and then I just lost it. But it tasted sooooo good. I don't regret it. My meds mean I have no appetite atm, so will probably lose more weight in next couple of weeks.

Mine was probably a few weeks ago when I ate a cheesecake, 2 tubs of Ben and Jerrys cookie dough ice cream, portion of chips, double stuff oreos, custard creams, and a cheese and onion sandwich :/

Worst binge for me would be 4 mini rolls, a dozen cookies and biscuits, ice cream, whatevers in the cake tin that won't look misterious and more biscuits. Someones I go out to buy cheap choc and I eat the whole bar :/

I think for me it's 2 containers of peanut butter, 6 cupcakes, and a whole package of goldfish. The night before I told myself I was going to eat normally the next day, but obviously I didn't.

Oh goodness... maybe that day I ate a whole pound of granola.
...and another day that I had 2 whole tubs of icecream.

I absolutely hate this binge one day, restrict the next, eat normal, binge again cycle I have... ):

Worst binge,I had a bowl of ice cream,a slice of cake,a chocolate bar,noodle soup,cookies,raspberries covered in chocolate sauce,waffles with strawberries and whip cream AND a slice of cheese pizza.

Almost a whole bag of Parmesan Goldfish, a lot of double stuffed Oreos, an apple (the healthiest thing I ate all day), two otter pops, and a hot fudge sundae from McDonald's.

I have probably had others where I have eaten more but this was the first time I kept track of what I ate.

I've only binged a few times but my worst was when I ate a package of chocolate covered granola bars, half a bag of chips, 2 pieces of cake, and a few pieces of string cheese. And then I had pizza for dinner afterward

Gosh, mine must have been a red baron pizza, bag of family sized potato chips, bag of microwave popcorn, 4 pieces of toast, 2+ cups of applesauce, and whatever kinds of cookies I had. :(

my most recent one that was bad was 4 cups of cheesy popcorn, 1 cup of chocolate popcorn. 4 swiss rolls, a brownie, cheezits, and whole bag of cheese quafer things.

I cant remember all that I ate, but it was ALOT! I was just upset because I had found out my boyfriend was cheating on me and I just sort of lost it
