I cant let her go... Please help

Hey :)

Ok so long story short, I dated this girl 1 1/2 years ago 9 months. It ended b/c we wouldn't see each other over the summer. I liked her part of last year and think I like her again. Today,we went outside to empty the recycle bin and had fun. She was smiling and we were just talking. She's dated by best friend before (don't get me started) and another boy a year younger but she doesn't like me. What should I do? I REALLY cant let her go? :wub:

Yeah...Sage hit it. There's nothing you can do about it.
Try telling her openly you like her. If she says she doesn't like you, drop it.

As the two above said if she doesn't like you theres not a lot you can do to change that. You can talk to her about it but at the end of the day whether she feels that way about you or not is her choice. To be honest this is going to happen a lot at your age, you may think you can't let go now but give it time and patience and eventually you will. You'll only be hurting yourself if you carry on waiting for something that might not ever come.

As everyone else said if she doesn't like you i'm afraid you can't really do alot about it :(

However i'm going through the same thing as you right now so i know how you feel.. What i did is wrote a list of ALL the reasons that a romantic relationship with my ex was a bad idea and would be a bad thing to ever happen again (seeing as he really wants to stay friends). After writing this i felt a load better and i think i'll keep it to remind me in future of why things are the way they are.

It's still painful i know but this is the best i have :)
