ok so two days ago my ps3 got the YLOD and i started to sell my games and buy the Black ops verson for my PC well now my dad says he might get me another PS3 but idk if i want one becasue i sold some stuff for it any suggestions? please help!:confused:

Tell him you don't want it. To save his money. Can your computer handle black ops though?

Depends. What for the PS3 did you sell? Personally, if I still had controllers and such, I'd take the new PS3. PC gaming is a lot more expensive in the long run.

well i got a gaming computer(gateway)tons of memory but iam selling my games and a few controllers(i have 4) iam selling too but like some of the games i play iam selling but iam keeping MW2 in cause i get another PS3

Gateways aren't gaming computers :)

I personally wouldn't consider a Gateway a computer period. :P
They're useful boat anchors, and that's about it. ;)


Anyway, if your computer is capable of playing Black Ops, I don't see why not? I mean, if you like/prefer the mouse + keyboard controller set, I'd go for it.
If you prefer the PS3's controller (Which sucks IMO), then wait for a new PS3.
It's preference really.

well i mean i would use a ps3 controller but i think iam going to buy an x-box360 even though i strongly despise microsoft
just to try something new

Well, just saying if you're gonna play a shooter on PC with a console controller you're going to get owned.

id rather use a joystick to play an FPS game than a gamepad like that lul

if your going to play on a PC. use a keyboard and mouse. or you will be owned.

Specs please
