Vien running up biceps...?

I've noticed that some guys have a vien running up their biceps... What is it?

Agreed with him as always - some people's veins are more noticeable then others, it depends on the person.

every body has them to put it simply the term "your veins are popping out" is that it is more visable because of less fat cussioning its the depths

Yeah, veins will show especially as you age.
