I have an older brother (18) and yh, we have our fair share of fights and general pain-in-the-ass brother things but we are fairly close. The best man I know! It's not easy though.
Idk about the whole jerking off thing---would be really weird to me. But seeing how u only have sisters-I can understand wanting a brother.

When I was growing up I was always picked on by the 2nd oldest but the oldest was alright. Now that I'm 16 they've started treating me better but personally have a brother isn't that great
